1. Custom Orders
   RIQZA® creates garments through custom stitching and exclusive designs. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Pricing & Payment
   All prices are displayed on our website. Orders are processed only after successful payment. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Production & Delivery
   As each garment is crafted to order, production time may vary depending on the design and customization. Shipping and delivery times are separate and may vary by destination.
4. Returns & Exchanges
   Due to the custom-made nature of our garments, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Product Appearance
   Colours and fabric appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
6. Shipping & Customs
   RIQZA® ships internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or charges applicable in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
   All RIQZA® images, designs, logos, text, and website content are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
